Learn Buteyko Breathing Technique Today

Have you heard of Buteyko Breathing technique? I found about about it some time ago and have been practising it. It is say that other than your diet, exercise or sleep, the way you breathe has impact on your physical, mental and spiritual well-being? Most of us do not have what they called quality breathing, even though breathing is a fundamental part of our life.

Many of us do not breath naturally because of constant pressure in our inner and outer lives. We normally take quick shallow breaths from the top of our chest. As a result it reduces the level of carbon dioxide in our blood and decreases the flow of blood throughout our body.

The Buteyko Method or
Buteyko Breathing Technique is named after its founder Doctor Konstantin Buteyko. It is the most effective drug-free approach for the management of asthma and other breathing related problems. According to Dr Konstantin Buteyko, most of our present diseases stem from over-breathing or hyperventilation. It's symptoms are regular yawning, upper chest breathing, sniffing, sighing, panting, shortness of breath, lack of stamina and large breaths before talking.

The Buteyko breathing method is not a medical treatment or procedure. Simply no medication, homeopathy or herbs involved. It consists of simple breathing exercises. It is said that regular use of Buteyko breathing exercises normalize the body's oxygen/carbon dioxide levels. So it can gradually eliminate the hyperventilation pattern.

The three key principles of Buteyko breathing technique are:
