Four Tell-Tale Signs Or symptoms You Are Going To Have A Heart Attack

What I have read is that many people who are over 35 years old, are already having the early stages of cardiovascular disease without even realizing it.

Remember heart attack is popularly known as a silent killer. It is reported as high as 25 percent of all heart attacks happen “silently,”; without any obvious signs.

Watch out for these four tell-tale or warning signs of impending heart attack and heart-related disease.

1. Suddenly breaking out in a cold sweat, nausea or lightheadedness.

2. Uncomfortable pressure squeezing in the center of your chest, which lasts for a few minutes. It goes off and it may come back again.

3. Uncomfortable pain or aching at your upper body area, which include shoulders, neck, arms and jaws.

4. Shortness of breath.

The key thing is the sooner you receive treatment, the less damage will be done to your heart.
