What causes your mind to wander off? Two key reasons are desires and thoughts.The lack of control over your emotions produces desires. And also the latent impressions of feelings.Thoughts which encourages positive growth are usually thoughts that occur sans awareness and are negative in nature.

and emotions helps you to take control of your life.
